Just check that the channel number on the transmitter & receiver are the same. Try all channels for best reception.

If you are using 2.4GHz types, then you may not be able to get good reception. 2.4GHz types simply dont work in my house, as there's too much interference from other devices on the same frequency.

    5.8GHz types work fine though.

All the AV senders I have seen just have 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C to set the channels.

There should be a channel switch on both units. Make sure they are both set to the same number/letter.

What is the make/model of your AV units?

If its a Triax Tri-Link then avoid any frequency above 48 seeing as you are in the North West and will receive Freeview transmission from Winter hill which broadcasts from C49 onwards.

Stick to either C36 or C38 to avoid any unwanted interference

Ah. Sorry. I thought you were talking about wireless video senders.
