Sky Box F5S Favourite Problem

Hi Folks

Im hoping someone knowledgable on the forum may be able to help me with a current problem with my Sky box F5S.

Until recently my box was working okay, but i have now lost the favourites on my menu. When i try to click on the favourite button the box simply re-boots!!!!

This has made it very difficult to change channels without having to go through a drawn out procedure.

Can anyone tell me just what the problem is, and how it can be fixed.

Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a corrupt channel list somehow. Mine did this after a random reboot. On the way back up, it had screwed with my channel list file.
To fix it, I just put the channels back on as Id backed it up to my computer

I hope you have a backup
If not, just get the channel list from this forum
