Skybox F5s constant rebooting

Having recently purchased a skybox f5s my box is now rebooting when I push any if the buttons. I'm currently left with only a small list of movie channels to watch as when I attempt to change the box just constantly reboots.

Can anyone help?????

Has it ever been working correctly? Have you recently updated the firmware? Have you recently updated the channel list via a TP_Prog.dbs file?

Yes I've recently updated the channel list..

I would reinstall firmware and channel list again.
