no EPG info for ITV and other channels

can some one tell me why there is never no EPG info for ITV and other channels, even after new channel list update etc??

I find ITV HD & regions have an epg on sattv5's channel list but not for the first 24hr of the epg update, very strange? As to why? well that's easy, same reason that the majority of threads on page one of this sub forum are F5S or F3S problems because these units are cheap and nasty.

The real reason that the epg info is missing on the ITV HD and regional variant channels is simply due to some information being missing in the compiling of the channel list. As already stated, Sattv's list displays the epg info which illustrates this point. Confirmation of this issue can also be observed by doing a manual scan of the affected transponders which will then result in the epg info displaying correctly afterwards.
