f5 box is online but no channels help

has it ever had channels on it? your not giving much away . put a channel list on it like ajsats or satt5tv, you can find them in red stickeys.

everything was fine until a couple of hours ago then just scrambled I know hd are all going

ahhh right, if your free to air channel like itv bbc are working then it's down to something we cannot talk about on here, are you sure its online? u can check all your cables are connected correctly and ethernet is pushed in tightly. restart etc all the usual things you can try at your end 1st

free to air are fine already done all I can at my end. understand its hard to talk about but it s online for sure

may still be a problem at others end mate, i could whip my card out but it would still show me online. if you havent changed any settings or messed with ya set top then chances are its not ur fault, if u go on a channel that doesnt work press info info and signal should show.. if thats blue/green then there nowt wrong with signal, i think box would say no signal and not scrambled if it was a signal fault
