error getting ajs latest channel list

been trying to get ajs latest list for the last few hours now but all i get is the following error
"Error (509)

This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!"

is anyone else having the same trouble

Looks like AJ's drop box site is busy, try downloading from here, just need to unzip the file first before installing;

is the "temporary disabled",really temporary? or will it be down for good. as i would imagine it uses a lot of traffic regular.
