Loss of Sound/Freezing Channels on F5S

Help!!! Ihave just downloaded AJ's new channel list but i now get Loss of channels and Freezing Channels which means i have to keep restarting the box so i was wondering if its the box itself or the channels list i downloaded,

I have always used AJ's lists without problems.

You could try reinstalling your previous list to see if you still get the same problems.
