PICON F5S

Hi all.

Can anyone help me or point me in the right directon on how/where I can get the latest PICON's for an F5S.
Also how to install these onto the box please??

Else unrar the attached file and place the 0282E.ics on the root of your USB drive (USB drive must be kept in) and ensure picon view is turn on in settings (Menu-Multimedia-Picon View)
