    Skybox picture freezing

Hi I need help my skybox f5 keeps pixeling every 8 seconds.
I have used it at my friend's house and it all working OK so there can't be anything wrong with the box, the only different is that I get my internet through a satellite dish with speeds around 20 Meg would this cause a problem.
All the FTA channels are OK.
Hope somebody can help because it is impossible to watch.

the 16 meg bits fine but that ping is terrible mines 10 - 15 seen some as high as 30 but in the hundreds it is terrible , have you tried a router reboot
