New Channel List = 'No Signal'

Just tried Aj's and the sky numbered channel list and now every channel isn't working. Each channel says 'No signal'

Can anyone advise how to get this working? Not even BBC1 is coming up.

I am using 2 boxes btw, I have done successfully for months now, Today i thought i would update the box, Now this has happened only on 1 of the boxes.

The other box is working fine.

get a backup image off your working m8 and flash that to non working box
