Skysports 4 hd missing

Hello,I'm very new to all this but learning from other peoples post and picking some good knowledge up over last 2 days so thanks to every one who's help me so far ,I really only watch sky sports 4 but this has gone so I thought I'd download a new play list from aj and install, I've found my channel again but can onl recieve it in a sd ,all other sports are in hd ,can any body help .?

Thanks for fast reply, I have some friends with same box ,I've not seen it but say there's are still ok, how is this possible

seeing is believing... sky sports 4 hd is gone with me and the 4 or 5 other guys I know who all have different boxes
