if ur baby tv, sony max, geo uk have sound and no picture then u need to update ur firmware to the april 2014 version, any versions before april wunt fix the problem. the april firmware is 4.4.14 or 8.4.14 . this is only for the f3s and f5s boxes, the normal f3 boxes r ok

my box nation working fine.I'm on a F5s using latest skybox.cc firmware.Just do another full TP scan and check all your leads are tight.It's the SD channel only BTW my HD is working obviously.

just update guys to the new firmware lots have said in the post

My friend had the same problem on his F5S (sound but no picture) firmware was dated Dec 13 - updated
to the latest firmware and now all is good
