Skybox f5s Internet settings

Hi guys.

We had lightening here on Tuesday and fcuked up my broadband box. Got replacement box today from my internet provider (eircom).

New box working perfect and connecting to internet perfectly but have it connected to the f5 box but getting scrambled channels and i can't get youtube or you****. Read through lots of threads on how to fix but still no good. I tried THE DHCP off and entering all the address manually and with DHCP on but still no connection.

Any tips from you guys would be very much appreciated.


ps I have box connected to router via Ethernet. Also, in the settings menu, Upgrade by Network, does this do anything?

Are the lights on at the ethernet port?
If on, try rebooting router and receiver.

Yeah light is on at port, rebooted both boxes numerous times but still the same
