    SD Channels Not working?

    Hi Guys,

If one of you would be as kind as to help me in this situation I would really appreciate it. I have recently (2-3weeks) upgraded my firmware on SkyBox F5 as sit kept freezing, after an update in firmware and the latest channel list (AJ's) all seemed to be working fine.

I have woke up this morning and flicked on SSN and it was on for 20 seconds, then went off as Scrambled. I checked the internet connections first, all ok there. Also checked the CAMDS Setup and its showing on line. Also checked that DHCP was on and hadn't flicked back but all of the SD channels (movies, sports etc) all seem to be the same, some wont even load and if they do it is for 20 seconds then goes off. I am fresh out of ideas other than emailing the provider to see if there is a problem his end.

Is anyone else experiencing this. I have the latest AJ List from 11.06.14

    Thanks in advance.
    Shaun

Check the Open box thread nearly all HD channels have gone now.

Try resetting your router, then go to network apps and see if youtube works, ie to ensure internet working on your box. If it works, then it looks like you have answered your own question and need to fire off that email to your provider, hopefully you haven't been scammed

Thanks Andy, but it's the SD ones that have gone :/

Thanks also Martin, I will check that now and see what happens... I doubt it's a scammer, as I've had this one a little while now, usually any problems and they tell me, so I am hoping that is the case. Thanks again all

It appears that Youtube loads the channels and searches as well as the Weather - but still wont play, but I am certain that I have never got Youtube playing before, unless you have to wait a long while for it to load through first.

Will fire off an email and see what he says?

Have you tried the likes of BBC1? That doesn't need anything to work. If that's ok then its the other thing or your internet. Normally turning the Dhcp off and on does the trick.
