Some SD channels getting no signal

I wonder if you could help a novice out . I am just updated my brothers sky f5 box with the new ajsat.co.uk channel list as he was saying that some of his SD channels were not working! I updated the list and some of the channels ie sky one and Atlantic are still saying no signal but the the plus one hour channels are !! I noticed the on the channels that are not working ie sky one there is a number on bottom of the channel screen 12285/27500/V. When I went to installation and did a single satellite search I noticed that 12285/27500/V failed when searching this appeared a few times. Any ideas how I can get sky one and Atlantic etc working

Try 12207/27500V for S** One and 12148/27500H for S** Atlantic.
