Skybox F5s will not playback subscription channels

Hi
I did try to search for this problem but could not find anything relevant.

Skybox F5s will record and playback channels which are not subscription channels,
However subscription channels ($ sign channels) will record but the box freezes when you try to playback.
The only way out is to power off.

It is not overheating as it will only happen when trying to playback subscription channels. Box can be on for hours or just put on.
As soon as I try to playback.

Using 16gb USB stick.

Could be a dodgy USB stick drive, have you got another you can try or even better a USB hard drive.

I tried a 8gb stick and my external harddrive. Same result.
