cant get box connecting to wifi

anyone got any advice im trying to connect my box via wifi getting a good signal but it just wont connect wot am doing wrong cuz its not even trying to connect cuz the router flashes when something is trying to connect to it but its not even doing that ive put rite router pass in n made the wifi on the box active n done everything rite as far as I can see but obviously missing something pls help me guys.

is it on Talk Talk ? , I have tried in vain to connect to talk talk via wifi , the box doesn't appear to like it , I ended putting in a cable

no its not talk talk suppliers called privus or something like, I tried for hours last night in vain & came to the same conclusion im gonna use a cable. Cheers.
