its doing my head rite in I no I have done everything rite but I cant get my v5s to connect to my router, official dongle is plugged in made active in menu its asks me for the router pass which I put in then it comes up connecting & just wont connect pls someone with a bit of experience on these things help me out cuz I just don't understand whats going wrong, any help would be ace & appreciated.Thanks.

Those dongles are a bit "Hit & Miss". Try using a cable to connect.That will at least tell you the box is OK.
Or get another dongle....or try homeplugs!

i had to change the settings in my router to get one to connect, can't remember what i changed tho.. oh it was the wep and wep2psk settings i think.. had to choose the less secure one
