i think in the satellite set up there is an option to select which sattellites you wish to scan, i take it you have a dish that will move or twin lnb ect.
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

I have a quad lnb standard static sky dish I just thought there should be more satellites listed for 28E than just 1 as is in my satellites menu on v5s!

If you have a fixed dish it will be pointing south at the 28.8 satellite. If you only did a single satellite scan thats the only one it will pick up.I'm sure if you do a multi satellite scan with motorised dish it will show more on your box.

if your dish is only picking up 28.2e then thats all your going to get, all the stuff on there belongs to slyuk, if you want foriegn sats then the dish need to move to point at the sats, ur dish is set at 28.2e, your dish would need to move to say, 26e 21.5e 19e 13e.. you could probs get 28.2e 19e and 21.5 with one fixed dish but would need a seperate lnb for each sat.. quad lnb makes no difference it just means you can hook 4 boxes up but they will all be pointing at the same sat your dish is set to

I think what jaffacake is saying is that in the satellite list, 28.2e is listed as Sky UK 28A, so it looks like it will only scan 1 single satellite.

In fact the box will scan all satellites in the 28.2e orbit, despite what the satellite list name is called.
