Are you sure that you have an F5?

The sound but no picture problem only affected the F3s & F5s.

I have the same problem. I got a SKy Box F5s and most of the channels coming only Sound. No Picture. I have up dated latest Firmware but the problem is still there. If you know how to solve this please help me.

Hi

I had this problem a few weeks ago, would lose picture but still have sound. If you have more than 1 HDMI plug in your tv try swapping the HDMI cable to anyother port.

Hi, I had the same issue and the firmware upgrade seems to have worked! I have never upgraded the firmware before so was a bit apprehensive and still not sure what firmware is on it now...is there a way to check?
also....my F5S used to pause and rewind live TV but now it seems to pause and then stall but the sound continues?! Anyone know if this is fixable? I have a 500gb hard drive plugged in but it's just NTFS formatted....does it need to be FAT32?
