F3 Skybox Help

I have a skybox f3 model. last week I had all the sky sports channels along with the HD for skysports 12345.also skysports news in HD. but recently there saying scrambled on the HD ones. skysports 1234 are still working with my current list. but lost all the HD channels.will the latest channel list of A,js fix this ? any help on this be good please on what to do next.

thought they had all gone damn will there be an update to fix at a later date ? have they changed frequencies do you think. ?
