Question about the missing hd channels

The hd channels have gone missing. So i know its something about a sky update and i was wondering is there a fix? I dont mind how much it costs ...can I buy a different box? I also heard its possible to buy a motorised satellite dish or something? How would that work exactly?

HD Channels are gone for good so enjoy SD while it lasts. Some are still there but they will be gone as well very soon.

Motorised dish involves a lot more than an ordinary sky dish, there are plenty of posts already concerning motorised set up's.

Have a look in the general satellite section, look for the threads at the top in red especially the one named how to install a motorised satellite dish. Here's link to a youtube vid, although it is 7 years old it will show you whats invovled......
