    Watch openbox on Wifi

We are on a campsite in S France, due to new Spot Beam we now require 1.2m dish to pick up BBC1 etc.

I have bought a 1.3m dish so thats been overcome.

I want to connect my openbox to a wifi router and allow laptops and tablets to view the TV source on the openbox. I want to share this TV with a few other British caravaners here on site who have been caught out with dishes that are now too small to pick up a sat signal.

A simple step by step would be much appreciated.

The only problem I see is the v5s has a single turner, therefore what you watch they also have to watch.

PS we dont actually have a reliable internet connection either, so the router would be to provide a local network I suppose

The only thing I can think of is scart AV senders, but don't know if they would have the range. But you could get a scart extenion cable and hang the senders out of the caravan window, might work?

If you had gone the extra few ??? for a Linux Enigma2 receiver everyone on the campsite could have accessed the box via your router and Laptop/Tablets & Mobiles etc...

Unfortunately the Openbox V5S cannot do this

                how about a slingbox.

no external internet connection will be possible but the wifi router can act as a local netwrok joining the slingbox and openbox and tablets/phones laptops that have the slingbox app running
