Cant get any HD, but SD works fine

Hey guys, quite a newbie to the slybox series, needing a bit of help...was away on Holidays for a week, came back and turned the box on, to find that i can only receive SD channels & not one single HD all coming up Scrambled...quite annoying. Using the F5s , any help greatly appreciated
