    Warranty on Openbox/Skybox?

I got my V5S new less than 1 month ago, its now ****ed, turns on an instant freeze even after factory reset and firmware flash. I got it off eBay, OK I know these boxes are cheap crap but they should last longer than 1 month. Wondering what sort of rights I have regarding this?

Depends were you bought it from and you haven’t modified the legit software I can not see why not!!
Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

Contact ebay seller and see what they say, if your not happy then raise a dispute against the seller you have 45 days from PayPal transaction date.

You will most probably have to return item, it is best sent tracked just in case it goes missing

If I could get a refund rather than a replacement I would be happier, I managed to scan Astra 2 & 1 & Hotbird yesterday couldn't finish as the box ran out of room, very small memory on these boxes I doubt

Tell the seller that, just watch that 45 day deadline as you must be close to it. Don't take any excuses either, eBay t&c's are on your side.
