f3 help needed

hi peeps I neeed some help/advice ,I downloaded updates off ajsat that worked fine for approx. one day now me channels are scrambled again,i have tried updating them again a couple of times to no avail ?,I deleted the updates from me usb/computer b4 dwn loading them again so its not that? thanx in advance
