    New problem

    Got a skybox f5s and I put a USB in there not reading it tried a few no luck is this a problem with the box if so is there any other way to update the channel list ?

    Does it recognise the USB stick at all, or is the "upgrade by USB" option still greyed out?

      Yeah I put the USB stick in there and normal you will see USB been inserted you don't see that + the option is still grey so you can't click on it

        Try inputting by remote the code 6666 this should high light the grey and allow you access.

          Some time you may need to format USB with fat32 to recognise.
          Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

            Sometimes you need to turn the box off and on whilst the USB is plugged in for it to work

              Does the USB stick show up OK in your pc or laptop?

              If it does, you could try reformatting it again to FAT32.

                Or try using another USB
                Had this experience with mine and l tried another memory stick and it was fine
                Previous stick was on FAT32 as well - for some reason it was recognised by couldnt update the channel table
