Skybox f3

Hi I brought a skybox f3 months ago and only just decided to try and set it up can anyone help as I'm new to this and all I get is no signal.

2 cables from the sky dish and Ethernet cable connected to the hub

do you get the freeview channels?

u only use one cable from the dish as they are single tuner.. look on the back, one says loop the other says sat in or feed in.. disconnect the one on the loop connection

Don't get anything

you should at least get the freeview ones, maybe try updating firmware?

did u unplug the other lead and use just one feed from lnb.
