No sound through hdmi

Hi all just received my new f5s box but I have no sound through hdmi. I've put on latest software channel list is from the 1st of July and also tried a different lead I know the hdmi ports are working fine. I've never had this issue before any ideas?

hi there mate try putting old firmware back on see if sound works then ,,,ave look into menu see if sound turn off in audio ?just a fort

if there is an audio button try pressing it and select a different stream,or is mute on,vol down too low?simple things can get missed.

Do you get sound through the scart or phono (RCA) sockets?
