All my $Channels have been down for 2 days.
My status says offline and have tried everything from rebooting modem-skybox. Have been a user for 1yr + and first time it has gone for this long.
Have contacted provider but no response yet. Any other solutions? Could i potentially have to re-install the system with a new test line or could the box be faulty now?

- Cables all plugged in perfectly
