Libertview loses all channels on 12285 when another skybox is on

Have a really strange problem I have a libertyview F5s box and three Sky + HD boxes, the problem is when any of my sky + boxes are switched on I get no signal on my libertview box on all channels on the frequency 12285 (I.e Sky 1, Sky Living, Sky Showcase, Sky Atlantic etc) all other channels seem fine and as soon as I power down the other boxes signal on these channels return on the libertview I have tried changing to a different lnb cable but the problem remains.

does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this, the libertview has the latest firmware and I have updated channel lists.

I would have said that it's the LNB but if you have changed it and it's the same? has this problem just started (used to be ok) or
have you had the problem from day one?

only had the libertview since yesterday, problem doesn't occur between the sky hd boxes. Not changed the actual lnb but have tried connecting box to another cable which goes to a different socket on the lnb.

Do you lose channels that are on other vertical transponders?

If so then it sounds like you need the "no signal fix". Search ebay for it.
