some SD channels not working?

Im using sattv5 channel list but a few channels show scrambled. They are:
Disney junior
Disneyxd
Ndtv24/7

And many others, i do have the latest channel list but are the frequencies subject to change?

Disney junior , Disneyxd not working here too, must have moved channels, what are the other channels that you say are missing?

Edit: Disney junior , Disneyxd and Disney Channel (and associated +1 channels) can be found at 11914 H 27500 freq

Edit2: Ndtv24/7 can be found at 11585 H 22000 but not verified as it's not on my channel list.
