f5s scrambled movies

hi all ive got a second skybox f5s that a gift had run out ive bought a new gift and everything fine and up and running apart from movies
ive tried numerous channel list updates including 1 of my working f5s with no avail
contacted server and all fine there end
looked through all 1000 and some channels and can find sky Disney (working) but no others
any help will be great

try updating firmware or channel list or do a sat scan

I've tried everything apart from updating firmware will have to try that and hopefully will work got me puzzled why everything else working

Make sure it's not the hd movies you are looking at.
