EPG problems

Hi

put a new cfg on my f5s last working fine

downloaded new EPG and it downloaded but I don't have and programme info. Such as name and times. It's just showing 00.00-00.00 on every channel when you bring the EPG up.

Any ideas whats wrong please??

Could be a USB drive problem, make sure it's firmly attached to your f5s and redownload again. Well done on fixing your other problem

I have had this problem before. I waited until the following day & redownloaded it again & it worked OK.

You could try deleting the EPG files on your memory stick (21.fci & 21.fpg) & trying again.

deleting and re-installing should work every time........

mine did this, as above deleting and reinstall works, but mine used to just take a switch off, leave for a bit then switch back on.
