Help!!!! Skybox F5s Problem

Just uploaded AJ's current list and now my Skybox just says "load" on the front and does not load up
can anyone help please

try un plugging it and rebooting it if you can get back into menu reload list after deleting old chans first

I have tried all that with no luck its still stuck with "load" on the front of box

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. Above worked for me, though had to go through the process twice.
