Skybox f5s freezes on premium channels

I have recently noticed that my Skybox F5s freezes any time I try and put on a premium channel. It works fine on free to air but as soon as I turn to a premium channel either white lines come and screen and remote is unresponsive or green lines all over the screen.

It is driving me mad please can anyone help!!!!
