how do you backup f5s ?

how do you backup a f5s before you update the firmware ? thanx

Go to Menu > Settings > Dump to USB > Select the files you want then press Yellow. Easy done

make sure you dump the dump the image and the misc files!
when you update the firmware dont forget to ensure the DBS & settings syys "YES" as thats where the important bits are you will nwant to keep as a newbie like me!
