EPG 7 day skybox f3s problem

hi all set the epg up and all seems to be okay just a few problems

their are some channels such as ITV HD mutv sky sports news and a few others which say no information on them not even on the now and next nothing their

and also its not a full 7 day epg only as far as three days I can look

but first problem is more annoying

any help guys

Unfortunately it dosnt work on all channells . And the ones you mention are the ones
Try updating epg to c if u get more than the 3 days

I have updated and it keeps saying update needed everytime I do it and reboot it!

sky sports news isn't a problem theirs only one thing they play haha!

I updated mine last night and have got the next week again. .

I don't think mine updates as it gives me a random date from the past and says it needs updating even after clicking update! tried deleting and redoing it too
