Skybox F5s only Few channel problem

hi I have skybox F5s only Star life ok and sony max , star gold there is only this 3 channel there is no picture only sound .
all other channel are ok please any body help me to solve this.

Try to update the firmware on your box. Normal when is sound but no picture means need a firmware update.
