scrambled channel

sorry for causing a issue, i having difficulties. i getting scrambled channels on all. i added the C line code and found the account, i rescanned the channels but still scrambled. the Ethernet shows a green and orange light which shows there is data, but still scrambled channel.

any suggestion or help.
