how do yoe record on f5s??

just wondering how you do this . I got ext hdd connected and can press record no probs , but I was wondering if I can record from my epg planner for when im not in the house . I know its probably easy but I aint had time to have a good look so thought I would just ask and save a bit time

Just scroll to the programme you want to record while in the EPG & press OK. Then set timer service to record. Then save.
