Skybox f5s most channels scrambled but still can get get bt sport????

Looking for some advice,all of a sudden most of my channels dont work i can still get all the FTA channels i have updated to latest firmware and channel list, done a blind scan and the you tube app works.My cline is online and has a tick next to it i also used another test line to make sure it wasnt that causing the problem.I still can get bt sports and espn but nearly all the other channels are scrambled,any suggestions??
