Invalid Program, Search again error and Fav freeze Problem on Openbox V5S

Sometimes I get this error message on premium channels however this problem doesn't happen at all on free channels.

Sometimes when I browse through favourites the channel picture in the background freezes.

I bought the box brand new and is only a couple of days old. Is this Chinese box reliable? I bought it cause its the most common Sat box. Usually any item earn its common reputation by these factors such as price, reliability, manufacturer support and more.

Please advise.

Just to add to this thread:

I have the latest AJ Channel list installed.

My satellite dish is a standard dish installed by a sky engineer years ago. It has a quad lnb. We never add/modified the dish in anyway.
