Skybox F3 media player aspect ratio

When I try to watch my downloaded movies through my skybox F3 the whole picture is stretched to fit the screen but when I watch the movie on my pc the picture has two black boxes below and above (which I prefer). I'm just wondering is there a way to make it so the picture on my skybox f3 is like what it is on my pc? Any help is gratefully appreciated!

the solution to your problem what i figured out is to go into setup menu then to tv system and change your aspect ratio from auto to 16:9 mate that sorts it' if you have a movie that is 23.976 fps which most downloaded movies are you might want to change your video resolution to either 1080i 60hz or 1080p/60hz if left on 50hz you will get bad judder with it being ntsc' you get the picture anyways bud hope this helps
