Can you install and run the icefilms plugin on an openbox v5?

Can you install and run the icefilms plugin on an openbox v5. If so can you advise where to download and how to install it. If not.....can you tell me how you generally install plugin's/apps on the above box?

no because the software is not open source like linux boxes
