NON Hd Movie channel list for skybox F3 ??

Hi all i,ve just returned to my skybox F3 after a year, i,m all set up and have noticed there are now no HD channels, I was hoping there may be a channel list for the skybox F3 which has all the sky movie premiers, action movies, comedy, thriller etc which are not in HD so i can view them on my skybox f3 ... I hope someone can help me along with this, thankyou kindly ...

Hi Thankyou ... I've got that one I think tho I,m not sure if I,ve installed it propley ? I,ve transferred onto mem stick I've put mem stick in my skybox f3 and I think I,ve installed it tho I,m not sure of the process of how to do it. ? Could someone help :/ Thankyou kindly ..
