Help, No Signal! on all channels

Hi everyone,

I have got a skybox f5s and have been using it for over a year without any problems.
About a week ago all channels have stopped working even the FTA and all it says is No Signal! with the blue i icon on all channels.

After reading through the forum, there have been others with a similar problem in which this happens on a few channels and other channels work and after buying a 'No Signal fix' off fleabay, the problem is sorted.

I am certain that the fix will not resolve this problem, as no channels work The SNR% on all channels fluctuates under 7%, I have checked that LNB in the menus is set to on and have even tried the latest image, channel list, blind scanning but still no luck.
I have even tried the box in another room but still no signal.

Would appreciate if anyone has any advice on what to do.

Hi take the box to someone that has the same setup & try it there
if it works then its your dish or cable feed

If its the same sounds like a dead box

...or, if you have any other kind of sat box (old Sky subbed box, freesat box etc.), that you could borrow, then try that on your feed.

I take it that when you did a blind scan, it failed on all transponders?

No one has accidentally put the feed into the loop connector have they?

In the Antenna setup menu, is the LNB Freq still set to Universal(9750-10600).
