Lexar 16GB Media JumpDrive S23 USB 3.0 Drive not reading on my F5S

Anyone know why I cant get this working on the F5S?

I can get it working on xbox, pc and laptops but it does nothing when plugged into the F5S

It is FAT32 but still nothing

The f5s can be a fussy bit of kit, if it works with another USB stick drive then most probably it's a compatibility issue.
