sky f5s wont connect to internet,,,,,please help

hi i am on my 2nd purchase of sky f5s v5 box,,,the first one i thought was faulty so bought another one. the problem is it they wont connect to my internet, i have another box that works just fine, the light is on at the back, ive tryed re booting both box and router, turning from wi fi to ethnet in the network settings,also dhcp on/off, ive tryed every thing i can find on the forums and ive tryed the same firmware and set up as the other box on both the other boxes but to no avail,i did have it working breifly but it just went off again . anyone have any ideas?, thanks

Simple way to check is connect the laptop direct to Ethernet cable, if that did not work go to network setting and make shore your network is active with Ethernet and not with WIFI.

thanks for the reply....yes i have done that as well, got other devices running off the same cable with no problems. may be i have to do something to router settings??,,,,,,,
