Yeah, you have moved her Dish out of alignment what a mare a fraction of an inch moved can lead to said dish been 200 miles off of sly's Astra satellite which means no signal and no signal quality which is the main thing you want to be looking @ the signal quality strength which should be even stronger than the signal strength what you will have to do is go back around to your mothers crib & get out her old sly satellite box & connect it fully up plug/sat cable/**** cable/sat remote then switch on her old box & then
bring up a sly box sat channel then select services then go to settings which will take you into another menu then on the sly remote press 01 then Select to bring up the hidden 'Installation Menu' in the said hidden 'Installation Menu' you are looking
for 'Signal Set Up' scroll down to said option & select this window will show you your Mum's satellite dish signal strength &
signal quality now you will need an adjustable spanner & get some one to watch the screen because no doubt said signal strength & signal quality will be down to zero percent (0%) or there about's so who ever is watching the screen get them to shout 'Stop' when said "Signal Quality & Signal Strength' is up to nearly 80%/90% or as high as it can go while moving the sat dish move it slightly towards a South-Westerly direction very slowly & @ small movements @ a time just inform who's watching the screen
to let you know when both signals are increasing in strength/percentage to as high as it can go in other words move dish very
slowly & slightly @ a time & take note of the angle the dish is @ when the person who is watch shouts that both signals are
away up in-case you go too far over to one side in other words past the set requirement once they say said both signals are away up to 80% or more then stop moving the dish @ once & tighten up all the screws very tight so that the dish does not get moved by very strong winds which we get in Scotland anyway once said procedure has been completed disconnect old Sly
Box & remove all its bits & pieces & tidy them away & then fully re-connect your Mum's F3 box & hey presto it should be up & running normally again I'll check back in a few days to see how you get on.

As mentioned above folks, the said sat dish in question, in other words the dish in which the box is being attached too, is definitely out of alignment. One will have to follow the instructions which I've posted above, the other day there.
If one can not access the sat dish in question, in other words it's not easy to get too/or adjust by ones self.
Then it would be best to phone around TV & Sat Installers & Get a price as regards to coming to ones address/location
of where said sat dish is out of alignment & re-align said dish it's as simple as that
Price wise they might charge around ?20 for their services or less.
Do research via the Net, or Telephone Directory Book, Yellow Pages Etc-Etc. As regards too the local Sat & TV Ariel Installers
located around said out of alignment location & book a call-out.
The said Installers have a tuning in meter box, & it will align the dish's in no time. (five minutes)
Get who ever aligns the dish's, too tighten up the screws very tight, so that the dish do not
move out of alignment via strong Winds & Gail's.
I'll check back later, to see how you both get on. Later's. :-) :-) :-)Comment
